The Process

Our permanent placement program described below is structured to efficiently assist you in acquiring the necessary licenses to qualify for work in the US as a nurse. We will also find you job with a US hospital and assist you in achieving your goals.

AtlasMR will assist you to :

• Study for the licenses you must obtain
• Obtain these licenses
• Find you a job in the US
• Relocate to the US once licenses have been secure

The 10 Step Process

Step 1

Candidate applies to AtlasMR with CV/Resume

Step 2

Response from AtlasMR with candidate submittal form for completion

Step 3

CV and candidate submittal form reviewed by AtlasMR consultant.

Initial telephone interview scheduled, if the applicant meets the criteria

Step 4

Following successful telephone interview a letter is sent outlining the steps required to continue the process. Additional mandatory documentation is requested

Step 5

Candidate studies for NCLEX, CGFNS & IELTS if applicable and passes tests

Step 6

Interviews scheduled with prospective US hospital employer - usually held in London

Step 7

When successful at interview, job offer is made in writing, contracts signed

Step 8

US hospital sponsors immigration proposal for the candidate and Green Card process begins

Step 9

Receive Green Card, travel plans confirmed

Step 10

Relocate to US, work for US hospital and receive ongoing support from AtlasMR
