How can AtlasMR help me to permanently fill my US nursing positions?

As a permanent placement company, we source nurses for you to interview for your permanent positions. We carefully match them to your specific requirements and ensure that you are presented with only high quality, experienced candidates. You make the final employment decision and then sponsor the nurse through the USCIS immigration procedures. The Nurse can then work for you as long as you desire. Once the nurse has a Green Card they can stay in America for as long as they wish.

Where do your nurses come from?

Our nurses come from many countries around the world. The majority of them have a number of years experience in the UK and most of our nurses have many years experience in Western style facilities.

Does my facility get to select the nurse it needs?

Absolutely. We will provide you with a list of potential candidates for your company that you can select to interview based on each nurse’s qualifications.

How do we find out if the nurse is the right fit for us before meeting them?

AtlasMR presents you with resumes for a selection of candidates that match your specific requirements. You can choose any number of these for interview. We then schedule interviews using your preferred method, face-to-face, telephone or video conference. After each interview, AtlasMR takes feedback from both the client and the candidate. The client identifies the best fit and makes a job offer to the candidate. AtlasMR nurtures the candidate/client relationship until the search assignment is successfully satisfied.

When are the nurses ready to work in the US?

AtlasMR prepares each nurse by assisting them to pass NCLEX, CGFNS and IELTS exams. Once the nurse your company has selected has passed all the necessary exams and received his/her Green Card, the nurse will then be ready to relocate to the US and begin to work for you.
